Kanelboller!
Ingredienser
Til deigen:
- 1 ts gjær
- 75 g smør
- 5 dl melk
- 1 ts kardemumme
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 dl sukker
- 8 dl siktet Dala Landhvete
Til fyllet:
- 200 g romtemperert smør
- 150 g sukker
- 2 ss kanel
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 egg til pensling
Slik gjør du det
- Smelt smøret og ha i melken så det blir lunkent. Rør ut gjæren i vesken og la stå i 10 min til det bobler.
- Ha mel, kardemomme og salt i kjøkkenmaskinen og elt inn litt over 2/3 deler av vesken. Tilsett mer til du har en ganske løs men smidig deig som slipper bollen.
- La deigen stå i romtemperatur i 8 timer eller i kjøleskap i opptil 2 døgn. Dette for å utvikle mer smak.
- Bland sammen smør, sukker, kanel og salt.
- Del deigen i tre, kjevle ut til rektangler, og smør kanelblandingen ut over leivene.
- Rull sammen, skjær i skiver og legg i muffinsformer eller rett på plate med bakepapir. La heve til dobbel størrelse.
- Pensle med egg før du steker de på 200 grader i ca 10-15 minutter.
Tips
Denne oppskriften kan varieres i det uendelige. Erstatt for eksempel kanelen med kardemomme i smørblandingen, eller tilsett rosiner eller annet godt. Klassiske kombinasjoner er også å toppe med perlesukker eller melisglasur. Formen kan man også eksperimentere med. Gøy å bake med barna!
